Shipping Policy

  • Shipping is available داخل مصر فقط (within Egypt only).

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • 3 to 4 business days within Cairo & Giza

    • Up to 7 business days for other governorates

  • Customers must pay the full shipping fees before opening the package.

  • Upon receiving your order, you must open and inspect the package in the presence of the courier to ensure that everything is in proper condition.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused

    • Unopened

    • In its original condition

  • Any exchange request after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is:

    • Unused

    • Unopened

    • Not damaged or broken

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or altered is not eligible for return.

Important Notes

  • Please make sure to inspect your order upon delivery.

  • URAI is not responsible for any issues reported after the courier leaves if the package was not checked at the time of delivery.
